Eh.
Got an e-mail copy of the home appraiser's inspection report today.
Need to replace the batteries in the smoke detectors and replace the co2 detector in the hallway. Will have to get the heat and hot water heater inspected and cleaned.
The thing that surprised me is the request for a blow vent in the closet where the hot water heater is. I'm going to have to coordinate with the Goddmaned Condo Association on that, which I'm not looking forward to.
Other than that? It's all cake.
