So, I'm torn.
I was going to do a "Wah! Wah! Woe is me! My life sucks!" post here, but does anyone really wanna hear that? I mean, seriously?
I get really tired of people whining about their shit instead of doing something proactive to deal with it. Y'know?
That's why I'm not gonna whine here, I'm just gonna say that I'm making some changes to my life that will improve my quality of life.
There, that didn't sound so bad. Did it?
Doc says I should lose weight, so I'm losing weight. None of this, 'try' nonsense. I am going to do it. Went out and bought a new pair of gym shoes to use on the treadmill/exercise bikes at the office gymn.
Starting tomorrow, 30 minutes of aerobic exercise every work day.
And maybe a nice walk on the weekends while the weather holds out.
