I prefer the classics....

The newest Trek movie has had a couple of premiers, an unofficial one somewhere in Texas, and the official one at the Sidney Opera House. The actual movie itself doesn't come out for another month or so, which leads me to believe that all the buzz surrounding these previews is artificial. Designed to hype the movie's profile in the face of its May competition. Of course, I could be completely wrong, and it's just the cynical old man inside me, that's making me cringe every time I see any footage from this movie.
