(no subject)

Still househunting. Tomorrow I'm taking a second look at this one house I like and I'm thinking I'll make an offer, contingent upon the house passing an inspection. The owners want $39,500 for it, but if it passes inspection, I'm going to lowball them with a $30,000 offer and hope they'll meet me at around $35,000.
And then, boom! I'll be a homeowner. Again.
Only this time I'll own a proper home and not a condo.
I'm quite looking forward to it.
In other news, I had a nice conversation with Roy Thomas at work the other day. Super-nice guy. I have to keep reminding myself not to go all fanboy-stalker on him and ask what it was like coming up with stuff like The Defenders and Iron Fist. :)
Also, finally, got the chance to meet Steve Epting. He's been in the store a few times before but I just never put a face with a name before this meeting. He's kind of lanky.
And tomorrow Sanford Greene will be in the store talking up the Kickstarter for his project, "1000." I'm wondering how crazy that's going to be?
Anywho, that's my life in a nutshell.
