So, I've been doing this LLC diet for a few weeks now and I've been enjoying it. This morning, though, I felt like I let the side down, though, because I went to Dunkin Donuts for a Pepsi Zero and wound up buying two glazed donuts.
Now, if you're going to buy a donut from Dunkin then their glazed is the best one to buy. That said, each donut has about 31g of carbs.
My carb limit is 100g per day.
So, eating two high-carb donuts sort of threw me for a spin. When I got off work I was feeling peckish so I grabbed a bag of pork skins and wolfed them down.
Then, after hanging out with some friends for a while, I came home and had a bowl of cereal: walnuts and blackberries with a banana flavored protein shake poured over them.
I'm pretty sure I'm still under 100g of carbs, but I think this is the most carbs I've had in one day in a while.
I feel a bit sluggish although that could just be because I'm writing this at 230 in the morning. And I'm hungry again.
So I think I'll have to creep upstairs and grab a handful of peanuts before I got to bed.
