I have:
1 Can of Mackerel
1 Bag of Frozen Veggies (California Medley)
1 Can of Pineapple Chunks
1 Package of Sugar-free Orange & Strawberry Jello
So, super light, kind of compensating for yesterday. I'd say this is under 1000 cals. And, no, I don't eat like this regularly.
I am NOT a fan of starvation.
I kind of wish I'd gotten some bananas. :/
