Today I am eating crap.

I got woken up this morning by Ryan's dog at 645. Bear in mind that I don't get up for work until 900 AM. And I usually go to bed around 2 or 3 in the morning. So, I did not get my usual amount of sleep, and was crabby as fuck this morning.

Also, tired.

So very tired.

I grabbed a Monster energy drink before work started and THAT, my friends, was a HUGE mistake. The taurine in those drinks does NOT react well with my system. I've been sprinting for the bathroom all day, because I wasn't sure if I was going to just pass gas or have something worse happen. Better to be safe than sorry. Right? Right!

So, after a crap day, which included crap weather, I stopped off at the market and said, "Fuck it." I'm not doing anything fancy tonight.

I bought:
2 packs of hot dogs
1 small bag of potato chips
1 20 oz Coca Cola.

That all comes up to exactly 2000 calories. It's about 300 more than I should be getting, BUT I DON'T CARE.

I have had a crap day.

So now I'm going to eat my crap food and watch some crap movie on Netflix and then probably go to bed and try to get some crappy sleep.
