It's my Free Day!
Yay!
Last week, I set a weekly caloric limit of 12000 cals.
I hit 13000 cals.
Boo!
BUT, this week I'm setting a weekly caloric limit of 15000 cals. Why am I going up? Because I've noticed I tend to regard the daily cals as a goal and not a limit. So I've set the cals high, just to see if I can come in under the daily amount.
Does that make sense to anyone but me?
Also, this Friday it will be one year since I officially started dieting and keeping a record of my weight loss adventure. So, I'm thinking this Thursday I will make a year in review video. I think that's going to be fun. :)
Anyway, now I'm off to wash my car, buy some wine and eat some cake!
Later!
