So, I just quit counting/tracking my food this week after Thanksgiving because of the sheer abundance of leftovers I had. But, now it's Tuesday, a new month and it's time to hit the reset button and start fresh and end the year on a positive note!
To that end, I am raising my calories. This week's daily cals will be 2300 and the weekly cals will be 14000. I've been waking up hungry in the morning, so I think I need to increase my calories. So, the last two months have been okay, and I feel like I've slimmed down a bit more but if I'm waking up hungry, I obviously need more food.
Also, I've decided not to do the Yule Challenge this year on my YT channel. It just feels like a bit much this year, so instead of doing one video a day, I'll just be doing an extra video on Saturdays. Maybe.
