The Flash
Kenyan Hill grew up on the bad side of Central City, but got out through a combination of intelligence, charisma and raw athletic talent. As the star center of the Central City Copperheads, Kenyan was more than just a superstar; he was a local boy who'd made it good.
So, naturally, it couldn't last.
During a game with longtime rivals, the Keystone Tigers, a freak electrical storm occurred. The arena was struck by lightening multiple times. The jumbotron over the court practically exploded, and a high-voltage cable struck Kenyan Hill.
He should have died, but, instead, in front of thousands of people, Kenyan Hill gained superspeed. His athletic career effectively ended, Kenyan debated what to do next when he heard about the return of the legendary Superman.
Inspired, Kenyan decided to follow in Superman's steps and become a costumed hero. With a twist. Kenyan Hill is still Central City's favorite son, but now it's more for his exploits as the city's official superhero, the Flash.
Of course, not everyone is happy with this new state of affairs. A mysterious group of criminals, spoken of only in whispers and known simply as the Rogues, aren't pleased that they've got a superhero to deal with now.
Then there's government agent Cameron Chase, sent to Central City to get close to the Flash and ferret out his secrets.
Kenyan Hill claims to be the fastest man alive, but he'll have to prove it if he wants to stay alive.
