Jan. 2nd, 2022 11:24 pmAnother gray, miserable day here today. Tonight, it's raining cats and dogs and they're calling for storms early in the morning. Just what we all need. *eyeroll*
Ran the Store today on my own, as Jorg stayed home. Probably just as well as we don't know if he's been infected with the plague or not. His girlfriend is getting tested tomorrow. I told him he should get tested, but he's ignored me.
I go into the urologist's tomorrow for my six week checkup. I'm still experiencing discomfort on the left side, but I don't know if it's kidney related or not. I hope to find out tomorrow.
Also, I must call the hospital tomorrow and ask them to send me an itemized bill with all the medical codes, as I looked at my bill online last night and there are anomalies. Also, I want to find out what's going on with the uninsured discount I should have got for the third procedure that they didn't apply.
Am currently reading 'Tales from the Hinterlands' a book of creepy fairystories that is a companion piece to a book called 'The Hazel Wood' by Melissa Albert. The stories are very entertaining, and have a genuine fairy tale feel to them, but without being prettied up for little children. My favorite, so far, has got to be 'The House Under the Stairwell.'
