Mar. 2nd, 2023 07:25 pmSecond day of being mindful of what I eat.
Today I ate:
1 can of low-sodium chicken - 450 Salt - 0 Sugar
1 smallish bag of bean sprouts - 0 Salt - 0 Sugar
1 Cup of Shredded Lettuce - 0 Salt - 0 Sugar
1/2 container of sliced mushrooms - 0 Salt - 0 Sugar
1 bottle of Mango/Peach juice - 280 salt - 0 sugar
Salt: 730/2300g
Sugar: 0/36g
Okay, so I'm debating whether or not the fuit juice should be counted as Processed or Natural. According to the nutrition label, it doesn't have any added sugar and that's what I'm regulating, but the fact it comes from a plastic bottle suggests it should probably be counted as processed? I don't know and opinions seem to differ among people. For the moment, I'm considering it nonprocessed because of No Added Sugar.
Also, I just realized that I haven't really eaten anything today. But I haven't been hungry. Hopefully, I won't wake up starving tomorrow morning and have a binge day. I'll be at work so that will be entirely possible.
