So, I'm polishing up a short story that I'm probably going to post on Amazon Kindle in a few days. I'm still dithering on the price, and I have to cook up some kind of cover art.
It's just a short story, 12000 words, but I'm looking forward to putting it out there because it's probably one of the few 'normal' things that I've written.
There's nothing extraordinary about it at all. No aliens or monsters or anything like that. It's just a story about a family dealing with the suicide of the eldest daughter.
It's nice to visit normal every once in a while, but I don't think I want to stay.
