I've been a bad dieter. Lately, I've been eating a lot of crap that I shouldn't, but I'm trying to get back on track.
For those of you wondering, I'm doing a low-carb program. It works pretty well and if I get crazy and eat a KitKat or something it's not the end of the world. That said, the diet does tend to be protein heavy, something I'm trying to address.
That said, today was pretty decent. I had some chicken noodle soup for lunch, peanuts as a snack, a bottle of lemon tea, then came home where I've had a couple of hot-dogs ('cause I'm lazy), and am eying a bag of pork rinds.
The weird thing about doing low-carb is that you're encouraged to eat fat to replace the sugars you give up. So that bag of pork rinds? Totally on-plan.
Weird. Right?
