It's the middle of September and Autumn has come to Alaska. Looking out my window, I can see the trees are a riot of color: golden yellow, burning orange, a few lush greens. I can also see four big ass moose chomping down on said lush greens. A glance at the mountains suggests the presence of termination dust, but only at the highest altitudes. There's a bitter wind blowing and, a month from now, we'll have snow. And then winter will be upon us again.
Autumn in Alaska is just too damn short.
