I've decided I'm not going to weigh myself on Mondays. It's right after the weekend and, let's be honest, we tend to binge on the weekends. Don't we? Or, at least, I do. So, Tuesday morning we'll hop on the scale and see what's what.

Today was crazy busy. Took a friend shopping at Trader Joe's and Fresh Market. I don't shop at either of those stores because they're too expensive and too far away from me, but I do like to pop in every couple of months and check them out. I'd say TJ's is better than FM, because FM doesn't put any nutritional info on their packaging aside from ingrediants. I find that really irritating.

Anyway, dropped my friend off and went shopping at my low market. I bought:

1 Can of Spinach
1 Packet of Uncle Ben's Wild & Long Grain Microwave Rice
1 Box of Banquet Pork Sausages
1 Can of Potatoes
1 Package of Strawberries
1 Can of Green Tea w/Honey & Ginseng
1 Three Musketeers Bar

Was getting ready to fix supper when J texted me and asked for a ride home, so supper was delayed until about 7 PM, which was fine with me. Ate most everything, but only half the sausages and haven't touched the candy bar. I am nibbling on strawberries, but my eating window is about to close. (I've decided to give myself a 4 hour window, between 7 PM and 11 PM to eat.)

The meal was good, but I think I need to choose either rice or potatoes and not eat both at the same time.

Thought I was going to finish off these strawberries, but I'm just not feeling it. So back in the fridge they go and then I'm taking a shower and going to bed. Got to get up in the morning and take J to work, then find SOMETHING to fill up the day.
