I stepped on the scale this morning and am down to 251 lbs. So, I've lost two pounds in a week on this low-fat diet. I'm attributing a lot of it to the increase in fibre, which, if I'm being honest, I think I've been eating far too much of. So I think I shall be cutting back on the beans this week. :)

After dropping J off at the store this morning, I thought about going to the zoo. I haven't been to the zoo in ages, but at $20 a ticket I decided I had better things to do than stare at animals while they stare back at me. So I have come home and am considering the day's opportunities.

Maybe I should sit here and plan out a menu and then stick to it?

Heh.

Yeah, like that would EVER happen. :)
