Tonight, I had a garbage supper. I had:
1 Box of Breaded Chicken Nuggets
1 Bag of Generic Rippled Potato Chips
1 small Bottle of Coke
1 Pack of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.
Not the most nutritious meal in the world, but I worked today and the last thing I wanted to do was cook. Indeed, I was really jonesing for a pizza but didn't get one. I sort of wish that I had.
I've still got leftovers from last night in the refrigerator. I'll probably have that tomorrow.
I've noticed over the last day or so that I'm a little fuzzy headed. I'm not sure if it's the low-fat diet or me just eating once a day when I get hungry. I suppose it could be a combination of things, but I'm not sure. I may just introduce more healthy fats into my diet and see if that has any effect.
