Had a rough night last night. Didn't manage to get to sleep until around 6:00 AM this morning. Just woke up a few minutes ago and stepped on the scale.
I currently weigh 241 lbs.
I've lost 4 lbs in a week.
How the hell did that happen?
I've lost 14 lbs since June 6th!
How the hell did THAT happen?
To be honest, I'm a little bit freaked out. I was expecting to lose mabye a pound or two a week, not four! Does this mean I'm not getting enough calories?
I feel okay. Mostly.
I don't know. Maybe between zigzag dieting and calorie counting, I'm just losing fat.
