Again, my insomnia kicked in last night. Didn't manage to get to sleep until about 6 AM. I'm not sure why this is happening. I don't want to take any melatonin tonight, but I think I might have to. :/
Anyway, I woke up and have started a load of laundry. I'm getting back on track with my eating schedule. So, I've got a bowl of pineapple chunks chilling in the fridge upstairs.
Hmm. I got hungry last night around 2ish, and had about two servings of peanutbutter. Wonder if that contributed to my sleep loss? Probably. Pheh.
So, aiming for about 1500 cals today.
The pineapple will be 315. So, 1185 cals to go.
And if I go over, I'm not going to be too worried. :)

Went marketing, where I bought:
6 Large Eggs
1 Bag of Baby Spinach
1 Bag of Fat-Free Cheddar Cheese Shreds
1 Bag of Microwaveable Brown Rice
1 Can of Mixed Vegetables
1 Peach
1 Nectarine.
I just finished eating a cheese & spinach scramble. In a few hours, I'll probably have the rice and veggies, and then the fruit before ten.
Altogether that should be about 1500ish?
