So, with one pound to go before meeting my goal, I feel like I've been sabotaging myself this past week.

Nothing big. Not really. Just eating a lot more processed stuff and kind of giving in to boredom-eating, like last night.

I wasn't hungry, so why was I eating? Why did I feel the need to scarf down nuts and Star Crunches?

I don't know.

I just feel like my self-control isn't as strong as it should be. :/
