1 Package of Microwave Jasmine Rice
2 Small Cans of Tuna
1 Package of Mixed Vegetables (Asian Medley)
1 Banana.
This is about 1500 calories, give or take?
I still haven't decided what I'm going to do re my weight loss. To goal or not to goal?
