So, yesterday I lost count of my cals and ate about 400 more than I wanted. As a result, today, I've done 1000 cals to compensate. That may go up though if I get hungry before bed.
Anyway, today I ate:
1 Can of Vegetable Beef Soup
1 Bag of Cauliflower florets
1 Package of Microwaveable Brown Rice
2 Small Cans of Chunk Chicken Breast.
I also went for a walk today. Nothing too dramatic. Just for 30 minutes or so. My heel is still sore from last week's overindulgence, so I'm easing back into it.
I've thought about mixing things up for a week and doing keto, but decided against it. The minute I thought of doing it, all I could think of was eating delicious green grapes. LOL. So, fruit hankerings trump keto! :)
