Today has been a diet disaster.
I ate a baconator combo from Wendy's and then a spicy chicken sandwich combo.
I figure that's about 3200 calories? Give or take?
Ugh.
Basically, when I get off work I've got Shadowpup with me and I don't want to leave him in the car at the grocery store (It's cooler here now, but not that cool). So I'm just doing crap fast food. This'll end on Monday and I can get back to normal, but I'm pretty sure this Tuesday will not be a good day for me.
