It's Labor Day, 2019, and this is what I'm going to be eating today:
2 Cartons of Broth
1 Packet of Microwaveable Long Grain Brown Rice
1 Can of Whole Kernel Sweet Corn
1 Can of Chili Beans
1 Can of Halved Unpeeled Apricots.
This is exactly 1237 calories.
And this is probably going to be the healthiest meal I've had this past week.
Yeah. Not my greatest week.
