Today I'm having an 1800 calorie day.
I ate:
1 Bag of Frozen Broccoli
1 Small Can of Salmon
1 Can of Peas & Carrots
1 Can of Whole Kernel Sweet Corn
4 Hawaiian Rolls
1 Golden Delicious Apple
1 Anjou Pear.
Actually, this is about 1600 calories, because I didn't actually eat the fruit.
Ah well. I can just take it in to work with me tomorrow.
