Today has been a crap day.
Today I ate:
1 Cup of Popcorn Shrimp
1 Bag of Green Seedless Grapes
1 Package of Hot Dogs
1 Bag of Potato Chips.
Calories are probably about 2400. Ugh.
I'm off-track, mainly because I'm stressed. So I'm stress eating.
I need to get back on track and stay there. :/
