Today, I have eaten:
1 Muscle Milk
1 Banana
1 Can of Chunk Chicken Breast
1 Package of Frozen Cauliflower
1 Can of Diced White Potatoes
1 Small Can of Pineapple Chunks
1 Greek Yogurt.
Altogether, this is about 1000 calories.
