Yesterday, I ate a LOT of fatty, sugary foods and I felt it this morning. That's probably why I ate a nice, big salad tonight with brussel sprouts and some turkey sausage.

I've still got a can of fruit cocktail, three bananas and an apple upstairs, but I might be going out in a bit, so don't plan on eating them. Maybe? I don't know.

Altogether that would be about 1500 cals. Without the fruit? Probably about 1000 cals.

UPDATE:

Had a late night coffee date tonight with a young lady named Hillary. She's got this Velma Dinkly meets Brittany Murphy thing going on.

I had an iced coffee, which I deeply, DEEPLY regret (I hate plain coffee). Afterwards, I went by the grocery store and grabbed a Diet Dr. Pepper and a Snickers bar, mostly to get the burnt coffee taste out of my mouth.

And that puts me at 1250 calories for the day.
