Wow.

So, yesterday was a Free Day and I ate about 5000 calories.

No, I am not kidding.

I wish I was.

And because I'm so stuffed from yesterday, I'm eating very light today.

I am eating:

1 bag of winter mix vegetables
1 bag of california mix vegetables
1 tin of chunk chicken breast
3 bananas
1 small bowl of Corn Pops (without milk).

So, that's about 940 cals.

If I get hungry later, and I hope I don't because I have a date, I'll eat something else.

UPDATE:

Went out on a date tonight. We met at a burger place and I ate more than I should have. But, I didn't actually eat all the stuff from earlier that I thought I would. So it wasn't as bad as it could have been.

I'd guestimate that I've eaten about 1700 tonight? That's a ballpark figure.

Pheh. I'm tempted to go off the diet until Christmas. Just because I'm super irritated with myself.
