So, I've decided on some changes in my lifestyle/fat-loss regime.

1) I will not weigh myself every week, but every other week. I think I've gotten rid of all the 'easy' fat and now I'm working on the 'hard' fat; you know, the stuff that really sticks. And, I'll be honest, it's a little de-motivating seeing the numbers on the scale not going down like they have been. That's another reason I'm going to weigh myself every other week; I think I'm getting a little too obsessed with the scale. I have to remind myself I'm doing this to lose FAT, not just WEIGHT. There is a difference.

2) I am backing away from the calorie counting. I've lost the weight so far by counting calories, intermittant fasting and eating mostly underprocesses, single-ingredient foods. The fasting is fine and works really well for me. The food choices are fine. However, I'm going to ease off on the calorie counting because, like the scale, I think I'm starting to obsess a little over it. Also, I've been eating in this new style for about 6 months now and I think I've got a pretty good handle on what I can eat and how much I can eat.

I'm trying these changes out for the next month or so. If I don't see progress or improvement, then I'll reassess and make different changes.

But, hopefully, by making these changes I will continue to see progress and become a healthier person.
