I had a giant salad for supper tonight.

It contained:
1 bag of salad greens
1 small can of lima beans
1 can of peas & carrots
1 bag of fiesta chicken breast strips
some low-fat mozarella cheese
some ranch dressing.

It was delicious, but I will be digesting it for the rest of the night.

Afterwards, there was a strawberry Pop-Tart.

Hmmm.

Tomorrow, I think I'm going to get a bottle of wine.

I love a big salad every once in a while, but mostly I get my veggies from other sources. I have to be in the mood for greens and they're a bit expensive right now, so it's cheaper, and easier, just to grab canned veggies and rice. :) Although lately I've been devouring whole kernel corn w/diced tomatoes. It's delicious!
