Tonight, I had:

2 containers of microwave brown rice
1 can of spinach
1 small can of peas & carrots.

Mixed them all together, adding some spices, and ate the whole damn pot.

Then came downstairs where I began to hav a dull ache on the left side of my abdomen and my lower back. The same thing happened last week. I'm pretty sure it's muscular, but I might go by Urgent Care tomorrow if it persists. Just for my peace of mind.

Currently, I am having:

2 small containers of vanilla yogurt
1 scoop of protein powder
1 small container of blackberries.

I've mixed them together with a little milk. It tastes okay. Not great. I'm waiting to see if eating this will make me feel better or worse.

UPDATE:
Could not eat the desert. Had a spoonful and then had to lie down on the floor on my back. Got serious chills and started shaking.

Feeling fairly normal now, which leads me to believe that whatever is going on with my back and side is muscular in nature. I'm wondering if I should go see a chiropractor? Maybe something's out of alignment?
