I kind of overdid it last night calorie-wise, post-illness, so today I'm doing a daylight water fast. No food for me until sundown.

UPDATE:

Had a very sensible dinner, I think.

1 Package of Microwave Brown Rice
1 Can of Chunk Chicken Breast
1 Can of Diced White Potatoes
1 Small Can of Creamed Corn (Bought by accident! I thought it was whole kernel!)
1 Poptart.

That's 1375 calories right there.

Later, I had two Granola Snack Bars, which brought me up to 1690 cals.
