Today is my one day off during the week.
I slept in, until about noon, then got up, got dressed and went to the bank to cash a check. While I was out, I stopped at a dollar store and bought some lunch. Also, hand sanitizer! I found some hand sanitizer! :D
That stuff is harder to find than TP!
Came home and put a load of laundry in the washer.
Then I fixed lunch. I had:
1 package of steamed vegetables
1 package of mixed berries
1 package of chicken tenders
1 Cherry Pepsi.
Altogether, that's about 780 cals.
Off now, to grab some supper. :)
UPDATE:
Supper has been acquired.
I am eating:
1 bowl of chicken breast strips, marinated in terryaki sauce and spices
1 can of fruit cocktail w/no extra sugar packed in water
1 bottle of chocolate milk.
Altogether, that's 670 cals, which brings my daily total to 1450 cals.
Not bad. :)
