Ugh.
So, the worst thing about working six days a week at The Store? All the standing.
My feet are killing me.
I'm about to rub on some CBD oil which should help.
In the meantime, this is what I ate today:
1 Ham/Cheese Sandwich
2 Servings of Cashews
1 Package of Long-Grain Brown Rice
1 Can of Sweet Corn
1 Small Can of Diced Tomatoes
1 Can of chunk chicken
1 Honey Bun.
So, altogether that's about 1930 cals. I'm zigzagging this week, so today's limit was 2000. I'm pretty sure I came short of that. :)
