It's 10PM as I write this and my 8-hour eating window has closed.
It's been a very long day and I'm glad that it's almost over.
Came home from the Store and Jorg was having band practice for the first time in almost 2 months.
Had to wait until just recently to make today's video, which was very short, but I felt like I needed to touch base with people about how the new program is going.
So far, so good.
I'm feeling a bit tired, but think that's because over the weekend I went on a bit of a binge and my body is still trying to sort itself out, metabolically speaking.
Today, I have eaten:
1 can of Chef Boyardee Chicken Alfredo
1 Banana
1 can of red kidney beans
1 small can of diced tomatoes w/lime and peppers
1 package of microwave brown rice.
1 Hershey's chocolate bar.
And now I'm about to go upstairs and get some hot water with lemon in and then maybe go to bed before midnight.
