So, another week down and I sort of succeeded in my goal of NOT reaching my weekly caloric max.
This past week it was 15,000 cals for the week.
I ended the week at 14,300 cals.
So...success?
I'm going to say so.
I think this just illustrates the fact that I regard the limit as a goal. So, with that in mind I'm giving myself a caloric range for this coming week.
My weekly goal will be 7000 cals. My weekly max will be 9000 cals.
That's, roughly, 1200 to 1500 cals per day. And, no, I don't include my Free Day in the calculation.
So, there's that.
Also, I'm saying no to Junk Food and Fast Food and am actively trying to curtail my impulse buying at the grocery store. I've been getting lax en regards to what I've been eating and need to make some adjustments.
