So, today has been a disaster as far as the diet goes.
I have no one to blame for it but myself.
I think I set my calories way too low. I went from 2500 a day to 1500 a day.
I shouldn't have done that.
So, with that in mind, I am declaring today a failure which means this week's goal will also be a failure.
I will still track my calories for the next three days but I'm not trying to cap them at 1500.
And then next week? Well, we'll see what we do then, won't we?
