Well, I succeeded in staying under 13,800 cals for this past week.
I came in around 12,800 which is an improvement over last week.
This coming week, I'm not dieting on Saturday as it's a holiday.
My calories this coming week are 11,500.
And I've been having tummy trouble for the last 24 hours. Too much fibre I suspect as I've had some painful gas and been sprinting for the toilet all damn day. Thankfully, things have finally started to slow down in that regard.
Tomorrow is the first of the month. I have to clean the room and go buy some stuff(vitamins, shaving cream, etc) and decide if I'm going to do laundry at the laundromat up the street or just say fuck it and let the machine flood the laundry room.
