So, today is Tuesday and it's my final day in my Free Week.

In my video today, I talked about how I was disappointed in myself because even though I stuck to my intermittant fasting schedule, I didn't stick with the quality foods I normally eat. Instead, I've just been eating junk. All week long it's been mostly crackers, chips and bratwurst.

I'm glad today is my last Free Day and that tomorrow I can get back to 'normal,' whatever that means. I'm still disappointed in myself, because this past week was kind of a test to see whether or not I was ready to stop 'dieting' and if I could have a normal relationshp with food.

Apparently, I'm not there yet. I shall try again in the future.

Right now, I'm just ready to go on a 24 hour fast.

Ugh.

I feel super-gross right now.
