I did a video today where I discuss my feelings re the four Presidential candidates: Howie Hawkens, Jo Jorgensen, Joe Biden and Donald Trump. That video has gotten more votes in one day than most of my videos get in a month. And it's sort of disheartening to me, because I really would rather people were watching my weight-loss videos. But I guess I struck a chord with some people? Maybe? I don't know.
Overall, it's been a weird day. I made the video, won $80 on scratchcards, gave Jorg his birthday present early and realized that I have a night time beauty regimen. The last actually makes me shake my head and wonder: am I becoming some kind of late-life metrosexual? Will I be applying revitalizing charcoal skin masks in the near future? Pheh.
No Soda September continues and the benefits continue to stack. I sleep much better these days, my skin is less blotchy, I have fewer food cravings(I guess because of the reduction in sugar/caffeine) and I don't seem to be peeing as much. Overall, it's a winning situation and I think I'm going to keep it going past September.
