So, my vacation is over and today I am officially back in the saddle again, diet-wise.
It could not have come at a better time.
Honestly, I look like trash and feel like trash this morning, probably because all I've been eating for the last week has been, well, trash.
Not that I regretted it at the time. It was delicious trash. But, now the vacation is over and the realities are setting in.
So, back to the diet, back to 2000 cals a day for the next six days.
Also, I really need to shave. If I put on a baseball cap right now, I'd look like an extra in Deliverance. Not a good look for me.
I'm not even going to talk about the election here, because we still don't know who's won and probably won't get final numbers until the weekend.
I voted for the Democrats. I wish I'd voted for the Libertarians. They wouldn't have gotten anything done, but they would have been a nice pallat cleanser until the next election.
