Today has been busy, but I don't know if I would consider it productive.
Just got back from Food Lion and bought:
1 can of Corn
1 can of Sweet Peas
1 can of sliced carrots
1 can of condensed cream of chicken soup
1 golden delicious apple
1 package of breaded chicken breast strips.
This store is, like, 4 miles away from me. I really can't see myself driving there every day, so I may have no choice but to start shopping at (shudder) the Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market down the road.
I REALLY don't want to do that.

I only ate half the soup I made so I'm lowering my daily total to 1300 cals.
