Today has been a day of disappointments.
I was going to take some sweaters I bought last week back to the department store. I realized, once I got them home, that they were the wrong size. Sadly, because they were on sale they were only returnable within 3 days and it's been about a week. So, that was the first disappointment.
The second disappointment was Saluda Shoals Park. I've been wanting to go there for a while, because I've heard that the park is nice. And it was nice. But there wasn't much to do. If I wanted to stroll along the road, I could do that at the Riverwalk near my house. Also, they charge $5 for parking. I don't think it was worth it and won't return.
The final disappointment was my grocery store. I went in, knowing what I wanted to get,and being disappointed because they don't have the selection that the old market had.
And I know, in the grand scheme of things, my disappointments are small and petty, but they gnow at me.
At least the weather has been nice.

4 brioche buns w/chicken salad
1 can of golden kernel corn.
