So, I have decided that I am NOT going to diet in March.
I will maintain my Intermittent Fasting Schedule and I will continue to eat mainly single ingredient, underprocessed foods, but I will NOT be tracking my calories.
Why am I doing this?
Well, to put it bluntly, I have diet fatigue. And I want to take a break for a while and then pick things back up in April.
I will continue making my YT videos during March, I will continue to talk about diet/health, but I'm just going to take a break from tracking my calories.
And then I will pick things up again in April.
