So, I took the month of March off, from my diet. Now, though, I'm back and ready to rock.
I'm doing between 2400-3000 cals a day for this first week. Then next week, I'm going to drop my cals a bit until I'm back to 2400 cals a day. And then I may drop it even lower.
Anyway, today, I ate:
1 order of Enchiladas de Cremas
1 Sweet Tea
Some Nachos
1 Glazed Donut.
Altogether, I'd say that's probably about 1900 cals.
So, so far, so good.
