Yesterday, at the start of my diet, I took my friend Paul out on some errands. Afterwards, he wanted to go to lunch at San Jose's, so I said yes figuring that it wouldn't be too bad. And it wasn't. I had a nice lunch of beef enchiladas, rice, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes(Yuck!) and sour cream. That was pretty much all I had to eat yesterday.

Today,I had planned to have a healthier meal. Some jasmine rice with chicken and vegetables. But I didn't leave the Store until 10:15 PM. We were prepping for our 'grand unveiling' tomorrow and so we were working late and we ordered pizza. Not the meal that I wanted to have today and certainly not the healthiest, but it is what it is.

I'm hoping that tomorrow I can do better.

Anyway, today I ate:
4 slices of pizza
1 Brisk Lemon Tea
1 Tangerine.

Altogether, I'm estimating that at about 1900 cals.

It could have been worse.
