The past couple of weeks have not gone well for me regarding diet/food. I got up this morning and slipped the belt on and was kind of apalled to realize I've gained almost 2 inches. That translates, roughly, to about 14 lbs? I think? Math was never my strong point.
Anyway, I am NOT happy about that. However, I am also not panicking. I am aware that perceived weight can fluctuate dramatically. Tomorrow will probably be a better day.
But I have been struggling with my diet all this month. I just can't seem to get back into the swing of things and it's very frustrating.
