So, it's been two weeks since my last post and I'm okay with that. Nothing much has happened. My healthy lifestyle continues. The worst thing that's happened to me is intermittant bouts of 'funk.' I've been cycling through this semi-depressed mood that doesn't last that long, but I notice it. I've also been writing a lot of poetry/lyrics and posting them over on the Other Blog.
The worst thing to happen lately has been UPS fucking up my Amazon delivery. They dropped it off at the wrong house (God knows where), but I've got a refund from Amazon and already found a replacement item locally.
I was/am still pissed because the item was a birthday present for Jorg. I made a special effort to order it early, just in case of shipping delays, and even though that didn't happen UPS still fucked it up.
UPS says they lose less than 1% of packages sent via them, but I think that's a lie.
On an Amazon related note, I got an email from them advising me that my Kindle would no longer be able to download books via 3G because they're transitioning to the 5G transmitters. I can probably still download stuff via the Internet, but that sounds like such a hassel and, to be honest, I don't really buy that much stuff from Amazon anymore anyway.
And, because of a one-off joke I made comparing Labor Day to a workers' celebration (which is, technically, is), this weekend at the Store we'll be having a Communist Party and sale.
I really need to watch my mouth around Jorg.
